NEELKANTH GARDEN, GOVANDI - Large car park connected to residential buildings was covered with a podium of about 50,000 sq.ft. The podium was built with criss-crossing inverted beams & the layout was developed in irregular and flowing lines.
RAMBHAU MHALGI PRABODHINI, UTTAN - Rambhau Mhalgi Prabodhini is a social institute focusing on social issues and conducts awareness & training programmes to deal with these issues. The site is 15 acre plot located in a place called Uttan which is about 15km away from Mumbai to its northwest.
KAILASH PARBAT, LONAVALA - The existing Kailash Parbat hotel procured a plot admeasuring more than an acre connected on rear side of the existing hotel. The brief for the project was to plan a fun area for day visitors
NEELKANTH GREENS PHASE – Existing mango grove covering an approximate area of an acre and trapped between two linear blocks of building was developed as laid out garden.

Rajoo Pradhan

Rajoo and Padmaja Pradhan

Rajoo Pradhan received his Diploma in Architecture from Technical Board of Maharashtra through the Academy of Architecture in the year 1976. He obtained his Masters in Urban & Rural Planning from the University of Roorkee (Now IIT Roorkee) in year 1978. Later while working for Government & Private firms in the field of urban planning and urban landscaping him also obtained his PG Diploma in Operations Research for Management from University of Mumbai.

Padmaja Pradhan obtained her Bachelor degree in Architecture from University of Mumbai in 1985. She studied architecture in  Sir J. J. College of Architecture, Mumbai. Rajoo & Padmaja Pradhan established their practice in Landscape Architecture in year 1986 and offered consultancy in Landscape Architecture for a variety of small and large projects since then. They have carried out projects from small terraces to large industrial landscapes and from bungalows to the University campus.

Mr. Rajoo Pradhan has been on visiting faculty of Academy of Architecture & Kamala Raheja Vidyanidhi for some time. Padmaja Pradhan was on the visiting faculty on S.N.D.T., Juhu, Mumbai & Sir J. J. College of Architecture, and Mumbai.
